New restaurants offer a rush, but for food with history, Chicago'sageless eateries should not be forgotten.Lou Mitchell's Opened 1923. Breakfast is my thing here. As big as a soccer stadium (but with cozynooks) and as festive. Try one of the pasta dishes that comes witha red sauce and the chicken cacciatore.
