FFIEC agencies provide data pursuant to CRA

Data on small business, small farm and community development lending reported by certain commercial banks and savings institutions, pursuant to the Community Reinvestment Act, have been made available by four Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council agencies: the Federal Reserve Board, FDIC, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Office of Thrift Supervision.

The FFIEC has prepared a disclosure statement from the reported 2005 CRA data, in electronic form, for each reporting commercial bank and savings institution. The FFIEC also has prepared aggregate disclosure statements of small business and small farm lending for each of the metropolitan statistical areas and each of the non-metropolitan counties in the United States and its territories.

These statements are available for public inspection on the FFIEC Web site www.ffiec.gov/cra.
