Qld: Family fights to stop extradition=2
New Zealand Justice Minister Phil Goff said tonight that Gabriel should be sent home.
"I believe it would be in the best interest of Claude Gabriel to be sent back to wherethey have been treating him," he told NZPA.
Goff said Health Minister Annette King was expecting a report from the Mason Clinicin a few days.
The role of Gabriel's family had been dubious, he said, first with his parents allegedlyhelping him to escape, and then his brother advocating treatment in New Zealand.
